  • for 12 hours before the test starts the windows and doors must be closed and remain closed other than momentary entry and exit
  • the technician will place “tamper tape” on windows when monitor is placed
  • home owner to complete an agreement of conditions  (regardless of who is invoiced)
  • the monitor is picked up by the technician two days later
  • monitor is connected to clients phone line, data is down loaded via a toll free phone line
