Mr. Radon®’s mitigation guarantee is simple:
Since we are not happy until you are happy, we will work until you are. If the post mitigation testing does not show a satisfactory reduction in your radon levels, we can change or adjust the system until we do obtain good results at no additional costs. Should at the time of mitigation we determine after the diagnostic testing that additional points of extraction, piping and repair of cracks and holes are required the client will be advised of a Phase 2 or 3 depending on the circumstance. These phases will be at an additional cost and disclosed at the first phase. This is rare but can occur.
If we fail to reduce the Radon in your home below the World Health Organization’s recommendations of 100 Bq/m3 Mr. Radon® will refund your diagnostic fees.
